Masashi Anraku is a painter working in Nagoya, Japan. He creates posters, signage, murals, and more that evoke the retro and nostalgic vibe of Japanese advertising from the beginning of the 20th century. This is considered the "Showa" era of Japan. His artwork has layered meaning, many of them depicting "dajare" or Japanese dad jokes.
